2. Data we collect

Enquiry & booking forms. When you use our contact, private-event or guest-chef forms, we process the details you provide (such as name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and your message) in order to answer you and handle your request.

Server logs. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser, date and time, pages requested) for security and operation of the website.

3. Purposes & legal basis

We process personal data to respond to enquiries, to prepare and manage stays and events, to operate and secure the website, and to meet legal obligations. Processing is based on the performance of (pre-)contractual measures, our legitimate interests, your consent where required, and legal obligations.

4. Cookies & consent

The site uses a consent management platform (Cookiebot) to obtain and record your choices regarding non-essential cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies required for the site to function are always active. You can change your choices at any time via the cookie settings.

5. Third-party services

  • Hosting — the website is hosted with cyon GmbH (Switzerland).
  • Spam protection — form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.
  • Consent management — Cookiebot (Usercentrics).
  • Booking engine — room reservations are handled on an external booking platform (Kross / Krossbooking); their own privacy terms apply once you leave our site.
  • Wine shop — the Vinera shop is an external site (vinera.ch) with its own privacy terms.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You have the right to information about, correction and deletion of your personal data, and to restrict or object to certain processing.
