The Garden
Hedges, larch, a long table.
The garden is one of the older pieces of the villa. It was laid out at the turn of the century, and kept simple ever since. Mown lawn, low hedges, a few larches that hold their light into the evening.
In summer we set long tables here for lunch, and pull the bar outdoors when the night allows. Guests use it as a second living room: a book, an espresso, the lake reading slow.
When to visit
Open in summer.
The garden and terrace open with the season, typically late May through early October, weather permitting. Lunch from 12, aperitivo from 17:30.
